What is Embrace bedrooms?

Embrace is one of the retail brands of the Symphony Group PLC; the UK's largest privately owned manufacturer of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture. For more information about Symphony and the wide range of products we offer please click here.

Where can I see and buy Embrace products?

If you are interested in purchasing an Embrace bedroom for your home you can view and buy our products by visiting one of our appointed retailers. Most retailers have several of our ranges on display and many also offer a planning and installation service. To find your nearest retailer please use the dealer locator.

Can I buy directly from Embrace?

We do not supply directly to the public; to purchase our products please visit your local retailer, who can be found by using the dealer locator.

I already have an Embrace bedroom fitted in my home. Can I buy extra units to add onto it?

Although we directly supply additional units for kitchens, this service is not available for bedroom products. To purchase additional units for your bedroom please visit your local retailer.

How do I request a brochure?

Your local retailer will be able to provide you with a brochure, or you can view/request one by clicking here.

I am interested in one of your bedrooms - how do I find out how much it costs?

Your local retailer will be able to provide you with a price list or a quote tailored to your requirements. Please click here to locate your nearest retailer. Please be aware that we only provide our retailers with recommended retail prices and some retailers may run promotions, so as a result the price quoted may differ slightly between retailers.

Do you offer a design and installation service?

We don't offer a design and installation service directly to the public, though our retailers do offer this service. Please click here to locate your nearest retailer.

I have chosen which range I would like, what do I do now?

Once you have an idea of what you would like, visit your nearest Embrace retailer, who can be found by clicking here. It will help if you can give them as much detail as possible, such as the measurements of your room, what colour schemes you like, how much storage space you need and whether you want any extra accessories. The more information you can give the retailer the easier it will be for them to create your perfect bedroom – though don’t worry if you don’t know exactly what you want as they will be able to advise you.

How long will it take for me to receive my furniture?

With the exception of some special order items, all our products are held in stock and delivered to each area of the country once a week. When you place an order the retailer will be able to tell you when to expect delivery.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please contact the retailer who placed your order and they will assist you with your query.

Do your products come with a guarantee?

All our furniture is manufactured to a very high standard and we are confident that it will give you many years of service, which is why all our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The length of the warranty may vary depending on the product so please speak to your local retailer or contact-us for more information.

Who do I contact if I have a technical query?

Your local retailer should be able to assist you with any technical questions you may have, but in the event that they are unable to answer your queries we will provide them with any additional information they require.

I am a retailer and am interested in supplying your products. How do I find out more?
